Are deposits refundable?
All deposits made are non refundable unless the session is canceled by me specifically.
Do you do discounts?
I always like to reward clients who want to work with me on a long term basis. Those who are willing to work with me multiple times can have the chance to get discounts on their sessions.
How will I receive my pictures/videos?
All forms of content are sent to the client via a Google Drive link, where downloading the pictures can be done easily.
Can you do both pictures and videos in one session?
I’m more than happy to cover the session with both photos and videos but since it is more work to be done, the service will be at a higher price than the regular services.
Do you have your own photography studio?
Unfortunately I don’t. For now I have to rent studios around my area to do our studio photoshoots but my plan is to find a space in the near future to officially open up my own photography studio to have better prices for my clients.
Do you send out contracts and invoices for photoshoots?
I usually do not send out contracts or invoices to my clients but if it is something important to you, I will be more than happy to provide them for you.
Do you work with a team of photographers and videographers?
My business has and still is completely ran by me alone. As my business expands and gains more clients, I may look into creating a team to get the content for my clients faster and more efficiently.
